A non-refundable deposit of 50% the total fee is required to reserve a date and time for your class. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.

 

If cancellation of the class occurs less than 72 hours before the event, Delina reserves the right to hold the deposit to cover the loss of business and cost of perishables.

 

If something happens which makes it necessary to cancel your event at the last minute, we will endeavour to reschedule your class within a reasonable time frame.

 

We require a final headcount for the class 72 hours prior to the event. We need this number to plan and purchase ingredients. If less people come we will still need to charge for the number quoted. If extra people come we will need to charge for the extras.
